Terms of Service

Bloom (https://bloommilestone.com) is an AI-operated website-building platform. You can reach us at contact@bloommilestone.com.

You describe your business through a Guided Brief; Bloom generates a website — copy, imagery, and structure — from that brief and handles the technical work of building it. You review the result and approve it before anything publishes; Bloom does not publish without your explicit approval.

Bloom is provided on an evolving basis — features, generation quality, and available integrations may change as the platform develops. Current pricing and commercial terms are described on the Pricing page.

Bloom relies on third-party providers to operate parts of the service (for example, hosting, storage, AI generation, and payment processing). We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the specific providers and integrations behind the service may change as the platform develops.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and submitting a brief.

You retain ownership of the business information, brand assets, and any content you provide to Bloom. By submitting it, you grant Bloom the license needed to process it and generate a website on your behalf — Bloom does not claim ownership of anything you provide. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content (text, images, trademarks) you provide.

You agree not to use Bloom to:

• generate or publish unlawful content;
• infringe someone else's intellectual property or other rights;
• abuse, attack, disrupt, or attempt to compromise Bloom or its infrastructure; or
• use the service for fraudulent or otherwise abusive purposes.

This is what "misuse" means in the Termination section below.

Bloom generates website copy and imagery using AI. Bloom is designed never to fabricate facts about your business it doesn't have (see our public engineering principle, "Truth Over Completion") — but AI generation can still make mistakes, and you review and approve every generated result before it publishes. Bloom does not guarantee that generated content is free of errors, is legally compliant for your specific business or jurisdiction, is fully original, or is suitable for every commercial use — you're responsible for confirming all of that before you publish.

The Bloom Website is a one-time purchase, paid in full before work begins — see the Pricing page for the current price. The initial website Bloom delivers from your brief is the purchased deliverable; no revision or modification round is included after that delivery. Any subsequent changes or additional work are handled as a separate, priced request, subject to agreement. Refunds are available only if requested before work has started; once work has started, the Website purchase is non-refundable. Care, Care Plus, and Managed are optional, separately billed subscriptions that renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, not immediately, and the subscription does not renew afterward.

Payments for Bloom purchases are processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for the transaction. Bloom does not store your card or payment-account details — payment happens on Paddle's own page, not on Bloom's.

You may stop using Bloom and request account deletion at any time by contacting contact@bloommilestone.com — this is handled directly through that address today, not a self-service flow. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. A website you've already published stays live unless you ask us to take it down; terminating your account does not affect Care services you've already paid for through the end of their current billing period.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page — that date always reflects the version currently in effect.
